I believe that most of you suffer from chronic halitosis or the bad breath once in a while, and do you know that bad breath is caused by the bacteria in your mouth? Unfortunately, it’s inevitable to suffer from bad breath occasionally. To solve this problem, here are some ways for you as references.
Brush Your Teeth
Obviously, brushing teeth is the method that we use most frequently. Nevertheless, don’t forget to brush your tongue. It’s important to make sure that your toothbrush is in good shape. In view of that, I would suggest you change a new best toothbrush regularly.
Use Dental Floss
As a matter of fact, there will be some food debris between your teeth that you couldn’t dislodge with your toothbrush. As you know, the cause of your bad breath is the bacterium which sticks to the food debris.
Drink as Much Water as You Can
Bacteria thrive on dry condition of your mouth, since your saliva contains oxygen which could deters their growth. And that is the reason why you should drink enough water to keep your mouth wet.
I have been confused about this idea initially. However, I have already found out how it works. The citric acid in the lemonade could stimulate your salivary glands. As for daily work, you could fill the fruit infuser water bottle with lemonade and take it along.
Eating Fruits and Vegetables
This idea sounds quite amazing. Why could we prevent bad breath by eating fruits or vegetables? For one thing, not all the fruit and vegetable could work well. For another thing, those fruits and vegetables could work, because they could scrub your teeth as toothbrush. As for scrubbing teeth, you should choose those fruits and vegetables which are fibrous enough, for examples, apple, celery and carrot.
