Before downloading, you must make sure that your phone meets these requirements i.e. your phone must be an iPhone 4S or later model, 5th iPod touch, 3rd generations iPad or later models, all iPad mini, Android devices running version 4.4 or later, with blue-tooth, 4.0 module. You are able to download the app for free. So simply click on the Download button.
Once you have successfully downloaded and installed the app, pair your phone with your Inkbird Thermometer (IBT) device and start the activation.
Preparation of Salmon:
Rinse the Salmon properly and pat dry. Now sprinkle some spices and herbs like basil, thyme or dill. Marinate the Salmon in your favorite sauce. Remember that, 15 to 20 minutes on your Salmon in a marinade is enough as Salmon picks up the flavors very quickly. Salmon is now ready to be grilled.
Grease the grill basket or alternatively use a greased foil or non-stick grill. Place the Salmon fillets in the hot grill.
Functioning Inkbird Thermometer:
Your Inkbird thermometer (IBT) comes with a probe. Insert one end of the probe in one of the two sockets provided in IBT and the other end into Salmon fillet. (Two sockets enable you to monitor two food items at the same time).
Your phone will display real-time temperature. Once you place the probe into the Salmon fillet, it will display the temperature of Salmon so that you may control it. Grill the Salmon at 125 degrees F (52 degrees C) of internal temperature.

From your phone, you are able to set your preferred timer, personalize settings to your device, and see the temperature graph and much more. Once the salmon is done, you will get an alarm both on your phone and Inkbird thermometer. Remove the Salmon when the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
