In attempt to drink more water and be healthier for the summer, in this post, I am going to show you guys how to make fruit infused water. There is no added sugar and is very healthy.
So you are going to need some glasses or drinkware sets to put your water into. You also going to need some water. I am going to use basil, rosemary, strawberries, mint, lemons, pineapple, orange and cucumbers. I like to buy organic food, nut still make sure to wash my fruit to get any parasites or little bugs off them.
The first water I am going to make is mint strawberry water. Cut off the edges of the strawberries. I am going to cut them into four pieces so that they fit into my containers. Grab some mint leaves, take them off the stems, put around ten into the bottle and put the strawberries in as well. You can decide how strong the water you want it to be. That is determined by how many ingredients you put in there. So add the water, place it in the fridge and let it sit.
Next we are going to work on the lemon basil cucumber water. Cut the lemons and cucumbers. Make sure you wash your basil as well. We are going to place the leaves inside the bottle along with some cucumbers and lemons. Again you decide how strong it will be. Fill it up all the way to the top and place it into the fridge.
Next is mint pineapple water which is probably one of my favorite. So add the pineapple and mint leaves into the container. I really like this lemon juice fruit infuser bottle because you don’t get any fruit slices when you pour the water.
Let’s move on to the strawberry pineapple water. Cutting a pineapple may need some skills. Cut it into four pieces and then cut each of them. Also I have some strawberry leftover. Dice the pineapple a little thinner so that they can fit into my bottle. Fill it up with fresh strawberries and water.
Next is rosemary orange water. Slice your oranges into thin slices. Make sure you wash your rosemary as well. I place three strands of rosemary and half of an orange and fill it up with water.
Now you have all of your water ready to go. Place them in the fridge. I like to let them sit overnight. And once they are done, you have fruit infused water. These are really awesome and refreshing in summer. I hope you guys enjoy these.
