Barbecue is a worldwide leisure activity. Its history can date back from long time ago when our ancestors had tried a grilled pig which occasionally had been burnt in a forest fire at the first time and unexpected found it very delicious. Thanks to the fortune, from that moment, our ancestors saluted the only way to eat food that is without any cooking and seasoning, innovatively had begun their journey to a new (of course to us is primitive) method of eating food- grilling. Brilliant, genius, talented, as the most primitive, traditional and simplest way to cook food, barbecue is always at its peak.
I have heard that Canadian are very fond of barbecue, they held barbecue in their yard from time to time. I have no idea whether it’s just a rumor. For myself, I often held barbecue 2-3 times a year, some are with family, others are with friends who get together for fun. Usually we will prepare a whole set of barbecue tools and all kinds of ingredients according to different people’s different tastes, which is a kind of exciting and challenging experience.
Although many people think grilled food bring negative effects to human body, but it seems few can truly resist from friends’invitation mostly from barbecue’s delicious temptation. In my opinion, as long as you don’t eat barbecued food several times a week, it’s no big deal to celebrate the cheerful moment with a barbecue party. You have the right to decide how far you go.
